In all cases that a mistyped coin wallet was submitted, once a new coin wallet is confirmed by you, Doecoins can send the coins to the new wallet you provided.

If you happen to use the wrong coin wallet address and the transaction was "Completed", we unfortunately have no way to recover coins sent to another address you provided accidentally.

After we have received your crypto coins, we make the exchange instantly and send it to your destination address the confirmation process may take from 30 sec to 24 hours. Different cryptocurrencies have different confirmation times so please bear that in mind. At certain times some cryptocurrencies may be experiencing delays.

Please note that for larger transactions we may at our discretion wait for more block confirmations before making the exchange.
