If you realize that you mistyped your coin wallet address, or you have not received your Coin Swap
, go to your account where your order will be in "Processing"
mode. If you processed your Coin Swap anonymously its still fine. In order to resolve your issue please contact our support team either by using the contact form HERE
or by sending a request to email@example.com. In all cases that a mistyped coin wallet was submitted, once a new coin wallet is confirmed by you, Doecoins can send the coins to the new wallet you provided.
If you happen to use the wrong coin wallet address and the transaction was "Completed"
, we unfortunately have no way to recover coins sent to another address you provided accidentally.
